The Cancel button in the Policy Entry dialog does not cancel an edit.
1. Start Policy Tool
2. Press Add Policy Entry. The Policy Entry dialog pops out, press Done
3. A new Policy Entry labeled CodeBase <ALL> created
4. Double-click the entry, or choose it in the list and press Edit Policy Entry
5. In the Policy Entry dialog, press Add Permission and create a new permission, say AllPermission
6. A new permission entry appears in the list of the Policy Entry dialog
7. !!! Press Cancel to go back to the Policy Tool main window, which (I believe) should cancel this edit
8. Double-click the policy entry again
9. And you can see the previous edit (adding a new permission) is not canceled.
10. Save to a file, the permission line appears inside the file
