      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
We (IBM) have created a code signed Java applet for secure logon.

When the applet needs to start, a warning dialogue is displayed by the browser / JVM asking the user trust the applet.

The text in the dialog is correct in English locale but not in Swedish locale,
where the name of the signer is replaced by a fixed text.

      The English text reads:
Do you want to trust the the signed applet distributed by "signer name"....

      The Swedish text reads:
here the last part should be been the name of the signer

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Setup Swedish locale.

      Open http://test.bankid.com/index.html.jsp
Click on the button "TESTA BANKID"
      Click on GA VIDARE

Observe the security warning dialog displayed

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
I was expecting the name of the code signer to appear in the above mentioned text.
      ACTUAL -
The name of the code signer was replaced by "tillAaggsprogram"

      REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
