The bug can be reproduced with:
1. Add a new Permission
2. Choose DelegationPermission, and set name as
   "host/###@###.###" "krbtgt/###@###.###"
   Make sure you enter all chars on the line. The line is copied from standard JDK Documentation
3. Press OK, and the permission appears in the list
4. Double-click the new entry to edit it
5. In the edit dialog, the target name lost.
