Problem:

The Knock-Em-Out game fail to display properly with Cache entry not found. It causes
the drawing failing all the time. Users can not play this game- just partial of the applet loaded. The game works if caching is disabled.

The applet load fine using MS VM, or Sun JVM 5.0_u4 on the same configuration.


Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1) Install j2re1.6.0-build 42 into the test system
2) Browse http://games.iwon.com
3) Log in using 'applabsuser'/'app123' as username/password.
4) Click on 'Knock Em Out' game.

The applet fails to load correctly, and the game does not function.
