Canceling reinstall is not working properly when more than one application is selected

Tested OS : All
Tested Build : Mustang promoted build 43

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install any mustang build from b38 to 43
2. Launch more than one application (e.g, notepad, draw and mg)
3. Remove all applications
4. Choose Deleted applications from show: combo box
5. Choose all applications and click reinstall button
6. Click cancel button on the reinstall progress dialog
 
Even after clicking the cancel button, all applications are reinstalled and moved under Applications view.

Note : Fix of 5081168 is broken from b38.

Expected Behaviour : Only the current application should be reinstalled others should exist under Deleted Applications
