we have fixed on the name "Deployment Toolkit". This CR will make the following
changes related to the name change:

 - remove deploy/make/jdhelper directory
 - rename make/plugin/helper to make/plugin/toolkit
 - rename src/plugin/win32/helper to src/plugin/win32/toolkit
 - rename deployHelper.dll to deploytk.dll
 - rename npDeployHelper.dll to npdeploytk.dll
 - change some text strings in DeployHelperCommon.rc
 - update version resources in version.rc and DeployHelper.rc
 - change the Mime type to DeploymentToolkit
