CTE regression test for 5028187 is failing on WinXP Pro for Mustang b42. jvm.dll file is showing wrong version string.

Expected version string is 6.0.0.42, but it is showing 6.0.0.0

To reproduce:
- Set JAVA_HOME to Mustang b42 windows-i586
- cd /net/jdk/export/jpse04/Regression/1.6.0/test/CTE_REGTEST/Generic/5028187
- /net/koori.sfbay/onestop/jct-tools/2.1.6/archive/fcs/binaries/win32/bin/jtreg -r:/tmp -w:/tmp Test5028187.sh

Right click on {JDK dir}/jre/bin/client/jvm.dll and choose 'Properties' and then select 'Version' tab.
