DESCRIPTION:
Steps to Recreate:
1. Run SwingSet2 applet in demo\jfc\SwingSet2 directory.
 > appletviewer SwingSet2.html
  When the applet starts up, SwingSet2 splash window appears in the applet window. <--- PROBLEM!!
 And demo panel contents are not loaded.
  When the problem does not occur, repeat Step 1.
  On SwingSet2 demo applet, Splash window is not supposed to be shown when the applet starts up.
Result
Splash window appears on SwingSet2 demo applet.
Expected Result
Splash window should not appear on SwingSet2 demo applet.
Additional Information:
This problem tends to occur more often on Windows 2003 x64 (more than once in two trials) than XP x64.
And this problem also occurs on Windows IA32 and Linux IA32. However it is recreated on rare occasions
on these platforms.
