The current spec/doc didn't mention that when we define a DataSet type, it needs to in a "public" class. This is relate to CR 6280559. Since 6280559 had integrated, the sample on the doc should be corrected with "public". This would be very helpful for a new user to be able to use the sample code without a problem.
