CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4658790 , unable to find "Browser" tab in Java Control Panel, mustang

Instruction says in step3:
"3. Open Java Plug-in Control Panel and goto 'Browser' tab. You should see 'Netscape 6' is checked ON"
CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4636770 fails with mustang:
(1) unable to find beans.ocx file in the tested JRE installed system.
(2) there is no mustang update release build

Instruction says to check:
"- check beans.ocx file version (for 1.4.0_xx) - e.g it should be 1,4,0,10 for 1.4.0_01"
"- 1.4.y fcs and 1.4.y_xx should be able to coexist on the same machine"
CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4546413 should be excluded for mustang testing since the testcases requires to install next higher Java version.

Test instruction says in step2:
"2. Install JRE of next higher Java version (ex. for Ladybird product testing install Merlin JRE)"
