on solaris with jre1.6.0_b48,
1.Launch JavaControlPanel from command prompt.
2. Click "Java" tab
3. Click "View" button in "Java Application Runtime Settings"
4. Click "Find" button in "JRE Runtime Settings"
5. Click "Next" button and launch to "Java Runtime Environment",from File choser,discretionarily selected a file,and clicked Next, it dispayes "unable to locate a jre", then click "Previous" back to File choser, don't select any file and selected a java directory. click button "next", it still display unable to locate a jre, and didn't display the searched the files.
Expected: display searched files and find javaw file in related directory.
