TCK(JCK) 6.0 b04 test
   api/org_w3c/dom/CDATASection/index.html#CDATASection[CDATASection003]
failed on mustang b46, Solaris 8, x86 ( also on Solaris 10,x86, Windows 2000, WinXP home,
 JDS 3 IA32,...), passed on mustang b45.
This test expects SAXParseException ( nested CDATA is not allowed ), but don't get it.
Tested XML file ( see also in attach )
