There are some inproper translations in JCP. They are already in ULA and will not be automatically changed in message synch.

1. In General tab of JCP, the button label for "View" button is not translated correctly. It should be same with the translation in jdk 5.0.

2. In Java tab, in the tooltips of the two buttons, word Runtime is translated into chinese. They should be untouched in English.
There are some inproper translations on JCP in zh_CN

1. The label of "View" button in General Tab is not localized properly, it should be same with what in 5.0

2. in Java tab, "Runtime" is translated in button tooltips. it should be untranslated.
