1)To reproduce the problem use this testsuite & note the testcases :

swing/Swing_ar_JOptionPane_Input_Image
swing/Swing_ar_JOptionPane_Input_Text
swing/Swing_ar_JOptionPane_Confirm
swing/Swing_ar_JOptionPane_Option
swing/Swing_ar_JDialog

In all these the Java icon in the title bar of the component window is missing.
Similar problem you can find for corresponding testcases in hindi locale also.

2)This was reproducable for Hindi/Arabic locales on win-XP and RHL4.0.

3)This is a Regression. Its happening from b47 build onwards. Not reproducable with b46.

Please find the 2 attached png image files for one of these testcses w.r.t b47 build & corresponding to hindi & arabic locales.
