This bug is reproducible on Solaris 10 JDS with the latest mustang build.

A component in a application modality excluded window does not gain focus on clicking the component once, when application modal dialogs are present. If the component is clicked again, it gains focus.

To reproduce:
1. Run the attached code. It opens an application modality excluded Dialog D1.
2. Click the 'Open' button on D1. A Window opens
3. Click 'Open' button on the Window. An application modal dialog D2 with D1 as parent is shown.
4. Click 'Open' button on D2. It opens another app modal dialog with D2 as parent.
5. Now click the 'Dummy' button on D1, once. If the button does not gain focus and instead 'Open' button on the Window gains focus, bug is reproduced.
