      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) Install jdk
      2) Clean cache
      3) Launch a JNLP application which can create a shortcut under "Applications" menu as "one.two.three" ( JNLP file with tag "<menu submenu="one.two.three"/>" )
      ./javaws http://ramkumar.india.sun.com:8080/JaWS_mywork/Shammy/Shammy1.2.3Submenu.jnlp

The entry found under Applciations menu is "one.two" and not "one.two.three"
