      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When running the console in IE under Win XP, if you empty the thread list (t) then empty the thread pile (v) several times, you get a VC++ runtime error.

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Open the console in IE under Win XP and type t, v several times. It should happen

      IE crashes
      ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
      Explorer.exe
