On certain platforms (Windows, for example) toolbar buttons should not be
focusable. Making the look and feel do this is not desirable because it could
negatively affect the behavior of improperly written applications. Instead it
would be nice if there was a property (client or defaults?) which would force a
toolbar (or all toolbars) to not let the buttons be focusable.
