Once the hotspot makefile exports the generated doc file jvmti.html, we need to make sure that this file gets placed in the docs area. May also need to remove the jvmti.html in the docs workspace. See the jdwp specification and the way it works, need to match that, which is also a generated doc file but generated in the j2se workspace.
