One Networking regression test failed in Mustang PIT b51 from DTF runs on Solaris 10 / Solaris 9. And it always failed in DTF runs.

After copying the tests from eng. ws to local directory and rerunning the tests, they all PASS. It seems the test user doesn't have permission to run the tests correctly.
