Steps to Reproduce:

1) Install JDK.0 b50 on Solaris/Linux Machine
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Launch Java Control Panel
4) Open General --> Network Settings... tab
5) Choose "Use proxy server"
6) Enter a value for proxy and port
7) Save the changes and close JCP
8) Launch JCP again
9) Open General --> Network Settings... tab
10) Choose "Use browser settings"
The "Network Settings" dialog elongates downwards
Expected Behavior:

The "Network Settings" dialog size should be consistent when any of the options is chosen
