The standard JMX MXBean support is added in Mustang. The java.lang.management and logging MXBeans will be changed to use the standard MXBean support.

The java.lang.management.ManagementFactory class needs to be updated to reference the JMX MXBean API.

The implementation note should be removed or revised. The implementation note in the current spec is:
