Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Change locale to Swedish (Non English)
2) Install jre on windows machine

The install wizard displays the license agreement and two options "Typical setup" and "Custom setup", which should be in swedish locale.

Between the two options, only the option "Typical setup..." is displayed in swedish locale and the other option "Custom setup..." is still in english
