Run the attached test on Linux (KDE). I used 6.0b53+. It shows a frame. Click on the button, dialog is shown. It receives focus. Click on any other window on the desktop to give it focus. Now click on the taskbar element corresponding to the java frame. It doesn't become active and doesn't focus dialog as other native applications do. Click on the frame contents, title - it doesn't focus frame or dialog as other native applications do.
