jdk_generic_profile.ksh needs some cleanup

      This profile file in j2se/src/share/doc/build/jdk_generic_profile.ksh needs to be cleaned up now. Some of the checking and work in it is now automated in the makefiles., e.g. ALT_DEVTOOLS_PATH when using cygwin should just default to /usr/bin, which it
      does but this profile file complains.
