The bug fix for the "4515765 Win L&F: Disabled menu items should show highlight" in B53 Swing PIT is not complete...

As per the bug description. I tested with the swingset2 demo in the PIT build and I am still seeing the same behavior as before. The disabled menu items are not shown as highlighted when selected. Also tried the focus traversal through the menu items using the arrow keys. the traversal happens through the disabled items correctly but the disabled items are not highlighted.
Another behavior that I am seeing is that the menubar item which is disabled is highlighted while using the arrow button traversal but not on mouse click. This can be reproduced using the swingset2 demo. start the demo and change look and feel to windows L&F. The Themes menubar item is disabled. traverse through the menubar items using the arrow keys, the themes menubar item is highlighted when traversal happens.
