Steps to Reproduce:
------------------
1) Install jre
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Launch Java ControlPanel
4) Click on "Settings..."
5) Click on "Change..." to change the cache location
When "Files of Type:" is chosen as "All Files", all files are not listed. Only folders are listed; whereas in the following case, choosing "All Files" lists all files and folders
JCP --> "Security" tab --> "Certificates" --> "Trusted Certificates" --> Import --> choose "All Files" for "Files of Type:"
