Install Mustang b52 in an Simplified Chinese OS,
Run java -jar test.jar (see attached files),
You can see button text "Cancel" was not translated as normal.(Sorry I can't input non-ascii characters here,see attached screenshot)
You can find that FileChoose have changed it in Mustang, which "Cancel" button text was also improper translated in Tiger.(see attached screenshot)
