Launching JNLP appln for the 2nd time on AMD-cinnabar and sol 11 (JDS) removes desktop shortcut

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1) Install jre b53 on the above mentioned OS
2) Clean cache (\rm -rf ~/.java)
3) Launch a JNLP application which creates desktop shortcut
(./javaws http://ramkumar.india.sun.com:8080/JaWS_mywork/Test/TestSplash.jnlp)
4) Click Ok to install desktop shortcut

Note that the desktop shortcut is created

5) Launch the same JNLP application again
(./javaws http://ramkumar.india.sun.com:8080/JaWS_mywork/Test/TestSplash.jnlp)

The Application shortcut created is removed from the desktop


Exepected Behavior:

Launching the same application again should not remove the existing desktop shortcut
