setApproveButtonText() and setApproveButtonToolTipText() works wrong for directories. Button text and tooltip shown correct if selection at file and shown default values if directory selected.

To reproduce start api/javax_swing/interactive/JFileChooserTests.html#JFileChooser [JFileChooserTest0006] and [JFileChooserTest0007] tests. Set new approve button text or tooltip. Open file dialog and try to select files and directories.
