      Cannot Drag and Drop items between two lists on solaris with nescape browser.

      Test Instructions :
      ==============================
      Instructions:
      1. Open a Terminal window and set NPX_PLUGIN_PATH variable pointing
         to appropriate JRE installation path where javaplugin.so file exists
      2. Open a Netscape Browser
      3. Load the following file
      /net/cady/export/sqa/joos/regression/bugs/results_IA9_b53/jdk60/JTwork/classes/CTE_REGTEST/Generic/4340913/Test.html
      4. A applet will be loaded and there will be two lists
      5. Try to drag and drop from one list to other
      6. Resize the browser window and try step 4
       
      Check:
      If it works fine with no problem - test PASSED
      If browser crashes and/or drag and drop does not work - test FAILED
