    Description

      During the fix for 6296075, Andreas noticed several minor problems with: test/cipher/des/PaddingTest

      new String("..."...")
      Runtime.getRuntime().exec() of diff but then never does anything with the exit value.

      This entire test should be examined, and inefficiencies cleaned up.
