Update Pre-Auth info value

      Support for the Kerberos Pre-authentication types has been added via bug:
      Fixed 6228529 : JDK on Windows does not wait for preauthorization record from Kerberos and causes an error.

      Need to update the Pre-Auth value correctly as per latest specification.
