Method java.awt.SystemTray.getSystemTray() needs spec clarification

      Method specification says that:

      "@throws SecurityException if {@code accessSystemTray} permission is not granted"

      Fact that SecurityConstants.ACCESS_SYSTEM_TRAY_PERMISSION permission
      is checked by System.getSecurityManager() should be mentioned.
