When running on our build machine (sheen/win2000-sp4), the two tests in this
directory pass with no problem. However, if run on an XP machine, the tests currently
fail. Looking closer, there is a hard-coded timeout of 10 seconds.

Running by hand, these tests take between 14-28 seconds on my laptop. Increasing
the timeout in jtreg and the tests pass. This should be examined to be sure there's
not some underlying problem which is causing it to take longer than 10 seconds. There's
some timeout info in the response string, but I haven't looked close enough to
know what the test is really supposed to do.

Please investigate.
