Applet loaded IE crashes after IE is closed

Tested Build : mustang build 54
Tested OS : Win 98 SE
Tested Browser : IE 6.0

1. Install mustang build 54
2. Clear cache
3. Launch IE
4. Try to load any demo applet from http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.5.0/demos/plugin/applets.html
or the demo applets under jdk folder
5. After launching the applet, close IE

IE is crashed.
