ISSUES:
Message "beans.ocx not found" when Test4428838 component in VB was added to the user components panel.

Is this supported for mustang? According to the test READM file, it says that
"The bug is relevant to Windows only! It is commited to be fixed in 1.3.0_05
and 1.3.1_02. It will not be fixed in 1.4 because ActiveX bridge will not be
supported in 1.4!"
