BEA smoke tests are failing to execute for 50_u6b3 but are 100% green for
50_u6b2 on Windows2003 machine.

Steps to reproduce:

Test machine in sfbay:

Host: 10.5.16.16
Login: Administrator
Password: *see comments*

You will need to use remote desktop client to get logged into this machine.

The test java must be installed into the follwoing location:

d:/jdk1.5.0

Cd into c:/tmp/
sh run_bea_smoketest.ksh > test_output


The tests should run for 1 hour. When 50_u6b3 is installed every test is skipped and
the test completes in 10 minutes, yet with the exact same setup and 50_u6b2 installed
the test is 100% green. It appears to be related to changes which have been made in
the rt.jar file.
