Vertical scrollbar in ComboPopup is always shown even when it isn't needed.
The scrollbar is configured to show up only on demand - when there are many elements in ComboBox.
When using GTK LAF the scrollbar is always shown. It shouldn't be.
To reproduce use the attached test. There shouldn't be the vertical scrollbar when the dropdown list showes up.
