./javaws -import with "-timestamp" option does not import the application into cache

      Steps to Reproduce:
      -------------------
      1) Install Jre
      2) Clean cache
      3) Launch the following command to import a JNLP application
      ./javaws -timestamp "10/20/05 24:40 PM" -import http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/mg.jnlp

      4) Open Cache viewer (./javaws -viewer)
      The Application entry is not listed under Applications


      Expected Behavior:
      ------------------
      The application should be imported into cache successfully
