Steps to reproduce:

build a 6.0u1 dummy release, and install the jdk. It will fail that the msvc*71.dll exists but it does not match, and the update patcher will fail.

These dll's do not change, so they should not be patched. We need to add them to the patch.cmd file in the install ws.
