REG: XSLT errors generating SQE reports with Tonga.xml file and XSLT stylesheet with Mustang B56

When trying to create HTML report from Tonga Harness, Tonga.xml file and provided user XSLT stylesheet, the following error is seen:

ERROR: 'file:///home/rickr/work/2d/xml-report-bug/TemplateReport.xml: line 215: Error parsing XPath expression 'cof:attributes/cof:attribute[cof:name = 'message']/cof: value'.'
FATAL ERROR: 'Could not compile stylesheet'

(Location of error unknown)XSLT Error (javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException): Could not compile stylesheet

- This is very similar to bug 6338058 (seen by i18n SQE), but submitting this problem as a seperate bug as the exception is different (TransformerConfigurationException verses TransformerException). This failure also seems different as it's a problem parsing the XSLT stylesheet.

- The problems occurs on all platforms and was introduced with Mustang B56.

Steps to reproduce:

1)Download the attached xml-report-bug.zip file and unzip it
2)Set the JAVA_HOME and run the script "report.sh"
3)Observe the exception in generating the HTML report file
