This test instruction (README) needs to be updated.

* In case 1, 2 and 3, it said 'run applet and download MSVM when prompted'
  As MS VM is no longer officially promoted outthere, users likely never encounter
  the MS VM download prompt when running any applet.

* Case 4: Manually deleting one of its windows registry should create some problems to tester(s). Case 2 should handle the task of selecting of unselecting MS VM
