Java Update - Ready to Download Dialog is launched when right clicked on JavaUpdate icon

Tested OS : Win 2003, Win XP Home
Tested Build : mustang build 57

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install jre mustang build 57
2. run Run1.reg (attached)
3. Launch Java Control Panel
4. Go to Update tab
5. Click on Update Now button
JavaUpdate icon is displayed in the windows system tray
6. Right click on the java update icon
The menu displayed with "Download" and "Properties" menuitems and immediately "Ready to Download" Dialog is launched

Expected Behavior :
When right clicked on java update icon, it should show only the menu items and
when the Download menu is chosen, "Ready to Download" Dialog should be launched
