JDK : starts in mustang b56(pass in b55)

How to reproduce:
1. launch ControlPanel
2. go to "Java" tab.
3. In "JavaAppletRuntime Settings", click "View" to open Settings window.
   You can see "Product Name" has background white color.
   This is different behavior when comparing with earlier builds.
