I have added a TextArea to a frame and I am placing the cursor at the first character. The cursor is blinking properly but I see some flickering on the border of the text area near the cursor. The cursor actually repaints the border of the text area.

This is reproducible with all the Mustang builds starting from b42. This is not reproducible with Mustang-b32. Hence this is a regression introduced in some build between b32-b42. I don't have the builds to regress it further. I reproduced it on SolarisSparc10-JDS.

I have attached a sample test. Run the sample test. You would see a frame with a text area. Click on the text area and place the cursor at the begining of the text. You would see some flickering on the border when the cursor blinks.
