(doc) java.net.URI.isOpaque description cantains a small error

"An opaque URI has a scheme, a scheme-specific part, and possibly a query *and a fragment*;"

An absolute URI can't contain a fragment.


Another question: javadoc states:
"Opaque URIs are not subject to further parsing."
What does it mean?
