Installer loops when seaching some drives for JVMs

      The Access Bridge installer loops when searching some drives for JVM installations.
      The Access Bridge installer needs to specify a classpath for finding AccessBridgeTester.class. The java.exe interpreter cannot find the class file on some Windows installation.
