The following regression tests always had errors due to being ignored for different reasons:
- sun/util/resources/TimeZone/Bug4640234.java
- java/util/Calendar/StampOverflow.java: Make sure that Calendar doesn't cause nextStamp overflow.

If the tests are meant to be ignored, then why not eliminate them from testing?
