jdk1.5.0_06 b03, S10U1 b17, x86

reproduce steps:
1. launch mozilla
2. load SunTEA
3. when the login page dose not get focus automatically, this bug will reproduce
4. click the menu File

expected result: the menu opens and the focus is on the Clear Screen item, close the menu the focus is in the Employee # textfield

actual result: the menu blinks once and closes quickly, click the File menu again, the menu opens, click other area of the frame to close the menu, the menu is closed, but the File item is still in selected satus, and can not input into the employee # field, click Tab key, the focus moves to the password field.

This is reproducible with jdk1.5.0_03 b07 too.
